Shipping Policy
This page is arranged as a decision tree. Begin with the delivery address, follow the branch that matches the order stage, and use the tracking or exception path only when the earlier conditions are not met.
Delivery area and where orders can go
If the delivery address is in the United States, then the order can move to packing. If the address is outside the United States, then checkout blocks the order before payment is taken. This is a location test, not a promise that every domestic route receives the same speed.
Orders addressed outside the United States are refused at the border, so the delivery country should be checked before an order is confirmed.
When a domestic address includes a PO box, rural route, or military destination, then the same order path remains open, though the carrier may add a day. When the address cannot be validated, then correct it before submitting, because a failed validation stops the order rather than creating a parcel that later returns.
If an order is refused at the border, then no shipment is created and no charge is completed. If a customer uses a forwarding service, then that arrangement sits outside our control and the delivery guarantee ends once the parcel reaches the forwarding address.
Packing and processing before dispatch
When payment is verified before 2pm on a working day, then the order enters the packing queue for dispatch the next working day. When it arrives after that cutoff, then the first eligible processing day becomes Monday to Friday. Payment review time is separate from packing time.
If an item is bulky, leak-prone, or needs an outer carton, then packing may require one additional working day. If the added protection changes the dispatch estimate, then we send a message to support@abrahamsite.shop instead of leaving the tracking record without explanation.
When two orders contain the same address and payment details, then they may still be packed separately because stock is assigned at the time each order clears. If you need both parcels to leave together, then ask before ordering and wait for a written answer rather than assuming the warehouse can combine them.
If a payment check is completed after the cutoff because the bank requested confirmation, then the packing clock begins on the next working day. When the warehouse is closed for a public holiday, then that day does not count toward the dispatch target. If a delay would move the parcel beyond the estimate, then support@abrahamsite.shop is used to send a revised date.
Transit and delivery timing
If transit begins with a carrier scan, then the clock for three to five working days starts at that scan. If the label is created but the carrier has not scanned the parcel, then the transit window has not begun, even though a tracking number may already exist.
When the destination is rural, mountainous, or served through an island route, then expect the longer end of the window. When weather, road closures, or a carrier backlog interrupts movement, then the estimate may move, but the tracking record should show the reason before we can confirm it.
If delivery occurs within the stated transit window, then no action is needed. If the parcel remains unscanned after the first expected working day, then send the order reference to support@abrahamsite.shop so a trace can be opened without waiting for the final estimated date.
If the carrier marks delivery as attempted, then the next branch depends on whether the depot retains the parcel. When redelivery is available, then follow the carrier instructions. If the parcel is returned to us, then we contact you before arranging another dispatch.
Shipping cost and the free-postage threshold
When the merchandise total reaches $59 before tax, then standard shipping is free. When the total sits below that threshold, then a single standard rate appears at checkout before confirmation. Taxes and any later price adjustment do not count toward the threshold.
If a basket is close to the free-shipping amount, then compare the cost of adding another item with the postage shown. If no item is needed, then paying the standard rate is the correct choice rather than adding a product solely to cross the line.
When an order qualifies for free shipping and is later returned in full, then the refund follows the return policy rather than the original postage display. If a partial return leaves the retained merchandise below $59, then standard postage may be deducted only when the return policy states that it applies.
When two shipping speeds are shown, then choose the one you want before confirmation because the rate becomes part of the order. If the checkout displays only standard shipping, then no expedited branch is available for that destination.
Track a parcel from the carrier scan
If a tracking number appears in your email, then use it on the carrier site rather than treating the message itself as proof of movement. When the first scan appears, then the transit estimate becomes more useful because it is tied to a real handoff.
One national carrier handles every parcel
When tracking stops for two working days, then write to support@abrahamsite.shop with the order number and delivery address. If the carrier confirms a loss, then choose a replacement when stock allows or a refund when it does not; we handle the claim rather than asking you to negotiate with the carrier.
If the tracking page shows a delivery scan but the parcel is absent, then keep the tracking number and contact support@abrahamsite.shop before starting a chargeback. When the carrier asks for a statement, then describe only what you observed and the steps already taken.
When a delivery exception appears
If a parcel arrives damaged, then photograph the outer box, inner packing, and item before discarding anything. If the contents are incomplete, then list what arrived and what is missing. These details let the carrier compare the delivery record with the physical evidence.
When a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, then check with neighbors and the local depot before reporting it. If the depot cannot locate it, then contact support@abrahamsite.shop within seven days and include the tracking history so the claim can be opened promptly.
When the fault is ours, then a replacement or refund follows after review. If the carrier accepts responsibility, then the same remedies remain available. If the evidence points to theft after delivery, then we explain what the carrier requires next instead of closing the case without a route forward.
If the packaging was discarded before the damage was noticed, then keep the product, photographs, and any labels that remain. When the carrier requires the original box, then we explain what alternative evidence can support the claim.
