Return Policy
This page uses decision branches for returns. Check the closing date first, test the item against the eligibility rules, and follow the request path before sending anything back.
Return window and the deadline that controls it
If the carrier records delivery, then the return window begins on that date and runs for 30 days. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, then cancellation is simpler than a return because the order can be stopped before it leaves.
When several items share one order, then the same closing date applies to the order unless the product page states otherwise. When an item arrives late because of our dispatch error, then the window begins from the corrected delivery date rather than the original estimate.
If you contact us before the closing date, then write to support@abrahamsite.shop rather than sending a parcel without notice. If the request arrives after the window, then it is reviewed case by case, and we explain the reason for the outcome in writing.
Eligibility and the condition check
When an item is unused, unopened, and complete, then it can normally be returned. When a seal is broken, a bottle is opened, or an applicator has been used, then the item may fall outside eligibility because its condition cannot be verified.
If all original parts, labels, and packaging are present, then inspection is straightforward. If a component is missing, then tell us before posting so the likely deduction or refusal can be explained rather than discovered after arrival.
When a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, then treat it as our error rather than a change of mind. When the condition is uncertain, then send photographs first and wait for a decision so the return does not travel without an agreed route.
Starting a return and waiting for instructions
If you decide to request a return, then email support@abrahamsite.shop with the order reference, item name, and a short reason. When we reply, the message identifies the return address and packing instructions that apply to that item.
When you pack the parcel, then include the order reference inside the box and write it on the outside label. When you hand the parcel to a carrier, then keep proof of postage until the refund appears, because an untracked parcel that disappears cannot be verified.
If you send an item before receiving instructions, then the parcel may not be matched to your order. If you use a different address from the one supplied, then delivery may fail and the item could be returned to you at your cost. A written request avoids both branches.
Return carriage: our error or a change of mind
When a return follows a change of mind, then you arrange and pay the return carriage, and the original outbound postage is not returned. When the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, then Midwinter Green pays the return carriage and reviews the evidence before issuing instructions.
If several eligible items are being returned together, then send them in one parcel where safe so only one carriage charge is incurred. If separate parcels are necessary, then each parcel needs its own proof of postage and order reference.
When a courier asks for a declared value, then use the actual price paid and keep the receipt. When an item is valuable, then a tracked service is the sensible branch; if you choose an untracked route, then the risk of loss remains with you until the parcel reaches us.
Refund approval and the original payment route
If inspection confirms that the return meets the policy, then the refund is released within seven calendar days. When the original payment was a card, then the credit returns to the same card. When PayPal was used, then the money returns to the same PayPal account.
When a deduction is considered, then we explain the missing or damaged part before applying it. When no deduction applies, then the merchandise amount is refunded in full, although the original outbound postage is handled according to the carriage rules above.
If your bank takes additional time to display the credit, then that posting period sits outside our refund deadline. If the original card has closed, then contact support@abrahamsite.shop after your bank confirms the closure and we explain the available alternative.
Exclusions that remove eligibility
When an item falls outside eligibility, then the reason matters before you post it. Some products cannot be resold safely after a seal is broken; others cannot be verified once they have been used. A quick message can prevent a parcel from travelling without a viable outcome.
Opened packs, used items and anything that has been outdoors for a season cannot be returned, because the condition cannot be reversed.
Items with missing parts, fixings or instructions cannot be accepted as unused.
Anything marked final sale on its own page is outside the return policy, and the marking is shown before checkout.
Products returned without their original packaging may still be accepted, but a partial refund may apply.
If you are unsure whether a product fits one of these branches, then ask before packing it. If an excluded item arrives without agreement, then it may be held pending instructions or returned to you at your cost, depending on its condition.
When an exclusion is based on hygiene or product safety, then it applies even if the outer packaging looks clean. When a bundle includes a promotional item, then the entire bundle must return together because the discount was calculated for the set rather than a single piece.
Late returns and how they are reviewed
If a return arrives after the closing date, then it enters a case-by-case review rather than an automatic refusal. When the delay happened because our instructions were late or unclear, then the return is treated as timely.
When you know the parcel will be late, then tell us before it reaches the warehouse and include the tracking record. If the return is still in transit, then that information can be considered before a decision is made.
If a disputed decision remains after review, then a second team member examines the photographs and correspondence. If the parcel was refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, then it is handled as a change-of-mind return once it reaches us.
When a late return is accepted, then the refund follows the normal inspection route. If it is declined, then the item can be sent back at your cost after you confirm the return address. When the reason for lateness is documented, then include that evidence so the review record is complete.
If a carrier delay caused the parcel to arrive late, then send the tracking record before the review closes. When no tracking was used, then the decision rests on the available correspondence and the date on the parcel.
